1. System notification is where admins can send different notifications in the form of email and SMS to clients like 

1. Booking Confirmation 

2. Booking Update 

3. Booking Cancelation 

4. Trip status- On the way, arrived at pickup, Trip Completed 

2. You can manage all the notifications, notifications template, automate the notification or exclude any notifications. 

3. This efficiently manages client notifications, sets up notifications for fleets and accounts, and handles exclusions. 

4. Administrators can control whether to enable the notifications in the system.
