Billing and Invoicing 

The Billing and Invoicing feature in Tobi Cloud provides comprehensive tools to streamline your billing processes, whether you prefer to bring your own billing system or take advantage of our robust billing features.  

Key functionalities 

  1. Bring Your Own Billing: Tobi Cloud offers seamless integration with your existing billing system. You can easily connect your current system to Tobi Cloud, ensuring a smooth transition and compatibility with your established workflows. 

  1. Robust Billing Features: 

  1. Automatic Invoicing: Generate invoices automatically based on completed trips, saving time, and reducing manual effort. 

  1. Automatic Claims Submission: Submit claims to insurance providers automatically, improving reimbursement efficiency. 

  1. Automatic Trip Attestation: Automatically generate trip attestations to comply with regulatory requirements. 

  1. Statement Generation: Generate statements for due invoices and send them out to the accounts. 

  1. Record the Checks from accounts: Record the checks received from the accounts and apply on the bookings associated with them. 

  1. Email Invoices: Send the invoices directly to the recipients from the workbook 

Workbook Overview 

The Workbook provides a comprehensive view of entries by booking, trip, or invoice, enabling efficient tracking and management of billing activities. 

You can apply filters to refine your view based on various factors such as client name, facility, broker, or vehicle, allowing for customized analysis and reporting. 

  1. Booking View: 

  1. View the bookings and expand to see the associated legs in it 

  1. Edit and cancel trips as needed. 

  1. Create invoices for completed trips. 

  1. Apply payments received from clients or brokers. 

  1. Perform bulk actions like cancellations, mark them as paid.  

  1. Export the bookings in a CSV file. 

  1. Trip View: 

  1. The Trip View provides detailed information about each trip, including individual legs. 

  1. Export the trips in a CSV file. 

  1. Invoice View: 

  1. In the Invoice View, you can monitor the status of invoices, including whether they are paid, unpaid, or partially paid. 

  1. It also provides information about the number of bookings that remain unbilled.
