Tobi Cloud's Booking Portal enables seamless and convenient trip bookings by account admins for their clients, streamlining the process for both clients and dispatchers. 

Key features of the Booking Portal include: 

User-Friendly Interface: Provides a simple and intuitive interface for clients to book their trips easily. 

Automated Trip Entry: Booking portal automatically syncs trip to TOBI entered by account admins for their clients, reducing manual data entry and ensuring accuracy. 

Client Profile Integration: Saves client information for future trips, making subsequent bookings faster and more efficient. 

Live tracking of the trips: Allows account administrators to track their client’s ongoing trip status along with the ETAs on pickup and drop off.  

Trips Dashboard: Account admins can view the trips booked by the TOBI dispatchers and trips booked through the booking portal for current/past or future days. 

Trip actions: Account admins can edit, cancel, or revive the bookings which syncs into the TOBI dispatch system in real-time. 

Real-time sync: Any trip booked/updated through the TOBI dispatch system is synced in real-time to booking portal and vice versa.  

Instant Messaging and Chat 

Dispatchers can interact with drivers via an internal chat system. Other web users can also interact through the same.

Canned messages for Drivers: Setup canned messages for the drivers so that they can send messages with a click. 

Driver communication with Dispatchers on base: For all dispatcher role users, there is a pre-defined group with each driver by the name “Driver name – All Dispatchers.” Any dispatcher can send a reply to the driver. Dispatchers are also allowed to add any other role’s user too. 

Driver communication with Dispatchers on base: Drivers only have 1 group named as “Dispatch to Base” on the mobile app from which they can send the message which will be notified to all dispatchers. 

1:1 Chat: Web users can chat with each other internally. 

Group chat with web users: You can create group chat with multiple users.
